Tuition Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview and Scope

Because Net BridgeCore limits classroom cohort sizes to 14 participants and provides customized instructional materials, this Tuition Refund & Cancellation Policy establishes fair, transparent standards for program withdrawals, seat transfers, and rescheduling.

2. Group Cohort Programs (Market Structure Mastery & Workshops)

For group training cohorts and weekend intensive clinics:

• Cancellation 14 or More Days Prior to Start: Full refund of tuition paid, less a standard ₩50,000 administrative processing fee.
• Cancellation 7 to 13 Days Prior to Start: 70% refund of total tuition, or a 100% tuition credit transferable to the subsequent cohort within 6 months.
• Cancellation Less than 7 Days Prior to Start: 50% refund of total tuition, reflecting pre-ordered physical field manuals, reserved workstation hardware, and allocated instructor time.
• After Program Commencement (Session 1 Delivered): Once instructional sessions begin, tuition is non-refundable. However, participants experiencing documented medical emergencies may request a deferral to a future cohort.

3. Private 1-on-1 Chart Mentorship Sessions

For private individual mentorship packages (12-session agreements):

• Individual scheduled sessions may be rescheduled without penalty with at least 24 hours advance notice.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or unannounced participant no-shows will be deducted from the total purchased session balance.
• Unused sessions may be refunded on a pro-rata basis if requested in writing within 45 days of initial enrollment, deducting completed sessions at standard single-session rates (₩200,000/hr).

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable once issued or shipped:

• Unsealed or personalized physical course field manuals and printed chart logbooks (valued at ₩120,000).
• Completed forensic chart auditing assessments and written diagnostic reports.

5. Refund Request and Processing Procedure

To request a refund or cohort transfer, submit a written notification including your full name, cohort details, and banking information to info@net-bridgecore.click.

Verified refund requests are processed within 5 to 7 business days via the original method of payment (direct electronic bank transfer).

6. Academy Cancellations or Rescheduling

In the unlikely event that Net BridgeCore must reschedule or cancel a workshop due to instructor illness or force majeure, registered participants will receive the option of a 100% immediate full refund or priority transfer to the rescheduled date.
