1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Student", "Participant", or "User") and Net BridgeCore Market Mentorship Ltd. ("Net BridgeCore", "we", "our", or "us"), regarding your access to and participation in our educational courses, workshops, 1-on-1 mentorship sessions, field manuals, and website located at net-bridgecore.click.

2. Nature of Services: Educational Instruction Only

Net BridgeCore provides educational training, mentoring, and analytical instruction in the discipline of technical analysis, chart interpretation, and statistical risk management.

All course content, exercises, chart reviews, homework critiques, and commentary are provided strictly for educational and instructional demonstration purposes. Net BridgeCore operates exclusively as an independent educational mentorship academy. All communications from our instructors focus on theoretical chart mechanics and statistical risk models.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All curriculum slide decks, hardcover technical manuals, chart journal formats, proprietary exercise files, and instructional videos produced by Net BridgeCore remain the exclusive intellectual property of Net BridgeCore Market Mentorship Ltd. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, and non-commercial license to use these materials for your own private study. Reproduction, redistribution, recording, or commercial republication of any academy materials without express written authorization is strictly prohibited.

4. Enrollment, Attendance & Code of Conduct

Participants enrolled in group cohorts or private mentorship sessions are expected to maintain professional conduct and actively participate in scheduled analysis labs. We reserve the right to suspend or dismiss any participant whose behavior disrupts classroom instruction or violates academic integrity standards.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Net BridgeCore, its directors, instructors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from market transactions undertaken by students on their independent accounts. You acknowledge that financial market participation entails capital risk and that you bear sole responsibility for your financial decisions.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea (KR), without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall be instituted exclusively in the competent courts of Ulsan, Republic of Korea.
